Donna Rogers is currently serving as Director of Viability Inc. Viability is dedicated to finding employment for person(s) with disabilities. They are a dual provider working with the Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Rehabilitation. Donna is a certified consultant for DRS and holds certifications with DDS as well. Donna serves as the Human Rights Officer, and the DEI Consultant for Viability Inc. Donna is an advocate for people with disabilities during work and in her personal time as well. She has been in the non-profit sector for over twenty years.
